Does my phone support eSIM?
Most recent phones do: iPhone XS and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer. The phone must be carrier-unlocked.
Quick check: Settings → Mobile → Add eSIM. If you see this option, you’re good to go.

What is an eSIM?
It’s a SIM card built into your phone. Instead of inserting plastic, you scan a QR code and the plan is downloaded to the phone. One phone can hold several eSIMs, and your main SIM card stays where it is.
When should I install it?
Before your trip, at home, on stable Wi-Fi — it takes about two minutes. The plan starts counting days only when your phone first connects to a network in the destination country, so installing early costs you nothing.
Will it work with my phone?
If your phone supports eSIM and isn’t locked to a carrier, yes. Check Settings → Mobile → Add eSIM, or see the device list.

Yes. Your main SIM stays on for calls and SMS — including bank codes. Just turn off data roaming on the main line so all internet goes through Tuda.
Can I share the internet (hotspot)?
Yes, hotspot works on most plans — share data with your laptop or travel companions. Fair use applies.
What if I run out of data?
Top up in a few taps from the link in your email. You don’t need to install a new eSIM.
Can I get a refund?
If the eSIM can’t be installed because of a problem on our side, we refund in full. Once a plan is installed or activated, it can’t be refunded.
